PLEASE NOTE: Da Basics Auto Care LLC works on a variety of vehicles rendering it impossible to provide flat prices. Please pay special attention to pricing to determine if the price reflects Labor Only or Parts & Labor. Cars are sensitive and form their own system of functionally and dependency amongst each other. Meaning one thing can trigger another. Please keep this in mind dealing with diagnose repairs. With positivity we can get the job done. With certain repairs It is recommended to schedule your appointment on a day that you may be able to leave your vehicle for a few hours.
COMMUNICATION
Best method of communication with our tech or staff support is via text message or email. Please avoid leaving voicemails for time sensitive situations.
If we miss your call, please allow us a few hours to return your call. For faster response please text.
If you call/text after business hours please expect a response the beginning of business hours the following day.
STORAGE FEE
For our in-shop customers please note that once repairs are complete you have a 24 hour grace period to retrieve your vehicle. Anything over 24 hours is subject to a $15 daily storage fee. After 30 days your vehicle will be subject to lien possession.
LATE FEE
Arriving late may delay your repairs. Repairs may not be completed as promised. Late is considered anything over 45 minutes. Being late may lead to a cancellation with forfeiture of deposit or reschedule with reserves on deposit. Appointments can be reschedule at no charge if notified 24 hrs in advance.
Mobile repair owner or knowledge of vehicle with accessibility must be obtained with 15 mins of arrival. After 15 mins, tech may leave with no return of your deposit.
WARRANTY
Warranties varies. They are applicable based on the parts manufacturers. Parts warranty is separate from labor warranty. If you purchase your own parts, you must read your receipt for warranty details or contact the merchant. If Da Basics Auto Care LLC., purchases the parts we will retrieve info regarding warranty. Labor warranty is subjective to recheck.
APPOINTMENT SETTING
Appointments are a REQUEST only.
Once your request has been approved you will receive an invoice to pay your deposit. Deposits are non refundable. For mobile appointments due to traffic inclines please allow a 15-20 min grace period for our arrival. If any major traffic alerts causing delay over 20 minutes you will be notified
PARTS
You may order your own parts if you choose or leave the task to us. If you order your own part please text or email a picture, manufacturer, and part number, or copy of receipt to verify compatibility for repair. Also please keep your receipt handy for any applicable warranties.
Parts prices are normally not included with rates on our site. During confirmation of your appointment, we will discover if you want our team to obtain prices. If so you will be given a price quote via text/email.
In addition, if you request to supply your own parts please do not schedule an appointment until your part has arrived. Please understand we have the right to reject the use of a part if the part is not deemed acceptable. While we will retrieve parts on behalf of our clients, we can not control the availability nor the time of arrival.
